SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Once an order is received we try to package within a day (because we know how exciting it is to get your items), but please allow1-3 business days because life can be hectic. 

We are grateful for every sale that we make and we package our items well; that being said, we can not control what happens to a shipment once it leaves our shop, but we will do everything we can to help in the event of a lost or damaged item.  *Please take pictures of any damages to packaging and items so we can get issues taken care of as soon as possible.


Return & Exchange Policy

As a small business, all items are non-returnable, but please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase and we will see if there's anything we can do to help make your purchase experience better. 

 

We do not claim to be perfect, but we do try our best!
